There should definitely be a limit to the number of vehicles that can be owned by a family. Just one or two people in a car on the roads will obviously create havoc. People should try to travel in groups in one vehicle.

Traffic should be regulated but banning rickshaws is not a solution. They should be given a separate lane to travel though so that there is no hindrance for fast moving vehicles.
